Postage, Packing & Delivery Information

Postage and Packing Costs

Postage and packing charges will be applied to your order based on the total value of the items purchased and, where applicable, your chosen delivery option. The final postage and packing cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately, but you will only be charged a single postage and packing fee.

Standard Delivery – £3.49

• Estimated delivery: 3-4 working days after pharmacist approval.
• Orders are processed and approved Monday to Friday only.

Pharmacy Medicines Delivery

• A signature from an adult (18+) is required upon delivery.
• If no one is available to sign, you can reschedule via the courier’s website or app.
• Orders cannot be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or diverted to a ParcelShop.
• The courier will attempt delivery three times before returning the order to us.

Bulk Purchases & High-Volume Orders

To ensure fair access to essential health products, purchase limits apply:

• Certain health essentials are restricted to 1 to 4 units per item per customer, depending on the product.
• Orders exceeding 10+ units of a single item are not eligible for delivery promotions.
• High-volume orders may require alternative fulfilment methods, and additional delivery charges may apply. We will contact you to discuss any extra costs.

Order Delivery & Delays

• 95% of orders are dispatched within 3 working days to your provided delivery address.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended.
• If you do not receive your order within 14 days of confirmation, please notify us, and we will conduct an investigation, provided you cooperate with the process.
