How to use

1. Bath: Add 1-3 capfuls to 20cm of bath water and soak for 10-15 minutes.
   
2. Shower: Pour a small amount onto a wet sponger or flannel and gently rub into wet skin.
   
3. Rinse and pat dry when finished.
