This two-phase formula creates a robust mechanical barrier to guard your nails against shocks, splits, and chips. Acting like armour for your nails, it offers immediate protection while supporting their recovery when combined with care treatments like MAVALA Scientifique K+, Mava-Flex, or Nailactan.
Strengthen and protect your fragile nails
1. Phase 1: Apply a coat of the protective mesh formula to clean, oil-free nails and let it dry. Nylon fibres will form a protective layer.
2. Phase 2: Apply the smoothing Sealer coat to even out the surface. If needed, apply a second coat.
3. Finish with your favourite nail polish (two thin coats) and a topcoat, or use a clear topcoat for a natural look.
Ensure each layer is fully dry before moving to the next step.
Important Notes:
• Nail Shield does not harden nails but creates a protective barrier.
• Recommended for nails with a damaged or thinned nail plate, or those painful to the touch after artificial nail removal.
