Nytol herbal tablets contain a blend of natural actives used to soothe and aid a restful sleep. The tablets contain extracts of three natural active ingredients, hops strobile, valerian root extract and passion flower. The tablets are a traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the temporary relief of sleep disturbances exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy.

• Do not take if you are taking any other medicine for sleep or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• Nytol herbal tablets are not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding

• Alcohol may increase the sedative effect

How to use

1. Swallow 2 herbal sleeping tablets with water 1 hour before you go to bed, which are used to help induce sleep and give you a nudge to dreamland.

Ingredients

34 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.) (4- 6:1) Extraction solvent: Methanol 30% (v/v).

30.8 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) (4.5-6:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% (v/v).

18.2 mg of extract (as dry extract) of Passion Flower herb (Passiflora incarnata L.) (3-7:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% (v/v).
