How to use
- Age: 1-2 years Dosage: One small 2.5ml spoonful twice daily Maximum Daily Dose: 2 small 2.5ml spoonfuls (5ml)
- Age: 2-6 years Dosage:One small 2.5ml spoonful every 4-6 hours Maximum Daily Dose: 6 small 2.5ml spoonfuls (15ml).
- Age: 6-12 years Dosage: One large 5ml spoonful every 4-6 hours Maximum Daily Dose: 6 large 5ml spoonfuls (30ml)
- Age: Adults and Children over 12 years Dosage: Two large 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) every 4-6 hours Maximum Daily Dose: 12 large 5ml spoonfuls (60ml).
Ingredients
Each 5ml of syrup contains 2mg of chlorphenamine maleate as the active ingredient. Also includes sucrose, glycerol, ethanol and a mixture of methyl, ethyl and propyl hydroxybenzoates (E218, E214 and E216). See leaflet for further advice.
