1. Apply with light circular massages, from the ankle to the knee, whenever your legs need it.
2. Use after a long walk, prolonged standing, or simply for a moment of relaxation.
Good to Know:
• Can be applied directly over stockings or tights for a refreshing boost anytime during the day.
• During hot weather or the later stages of pregnancy, if your legs are very swollen, this emulsion can be kept in the fridge for an even more refreshing effect.
