Lemsip cold & flu lemon flavour 10 sachets has been specifically designed for the effective relief of colds and flu symptoms. Lemsip cold & flu lemon flavour contains paracetamol and is not suitable for those under the age of 16.

• Do not take if: allergic to any of the ingredients, if you have heart disease or high blood pressure

How to use

Please ensure this medication is used in line with the manufacturers directions. If symptoms persist seek help from an appropriate healthcare professional.

1. Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, but not boiling, water.
2. Stir until dissolved.
3. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener.

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours as required.
