How to use

1. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Insert the nozzle into a nostril.
3. Press the nozzle to spray for a few seconds then allow the excess solution to drain before blowing the nose.
4. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.
5. Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
